Seattle’s Sub Pop Records released this The Anniversary 7” single (catalog SP538) in 2001 in their second series of the Sub Pop Singles Club. The two tracks are “What’s My Name? My Name Is What? What?” and “Tu-Whit To-Whoo”. Both the sleeve and record are like new—I played it once or twice and it’s been sitting in a record box for 20+ years.
