All USED CDs + DVDs have been visually inspected. If any marks are noted on the play surface then the item is play-tested to ensure quality. Some items are PROMOTIONAL and may have saw-cuts, hole-punches, printing, etc. Some items will have noticeably removed price labels or label residue. DVDs are shipped in bubblewrap. LPs are shipped in standard cardboard LP MAILER with bubblewrap and added cardboard support.
