The album was issued ONLY in the Netherlands (but partly pressed in Sweden) and distributed among employees. It is shocking that PARLOPHONE or The Beatles would have allowed it BUT THEY DID. It was bootlegged later with crappy graphics and inferior vinyl pressing.
