Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise.
Good (G) – Vinyl has been very heavily played, a lot of light scratches, marks & scuffs. Vinyl’s that are very expensive and rare will be played on both sides in full. If there is a cross over between grading then it will be a mix of both, i.e. one side of the vinyl is in excellent condition and the other side of the vinyl will be in very good plus condition.
