Cover is G++ (rub to all corners, creases & wear on spine, light wear on entry side of cover, ring wear, creases & wear on top & bottom of cover, general aging/fading, tiny bends to all corners).

Insanely rare, likely the only one in existence of this amateur folk record. As for condition, the Sleeve is pretty solid aside from the whole bottom seem being split. Otherwise not too bad.
